Towne Station of Brandon, MS

Towne Station is a pleasant Covenant restricted community in Brandon, MS … just off of Louis Wilson Road, near Hwy 18. The neighborhood is in the Rankin County School District zone. The homes are attractive, distinctively designed and share a common theme without sacrificing variety in floorplans.  The lots are larger than most developments.  The community is quiet, relaxing, stress free, and very well maintained. Please feel free to browse this website and learn more about our neighborhood.  We’d love to have you as part of our community.

Ahead of schedule, we've finished all the tree installations! Over the next couple hours, the Tree Crew will drive around the neighborhood, installing support stakes on trees, checking to see if additional dirt needs to be placed anywhere, and see if anything needs anything.

Today seemed to be 5 times hotter than yesterday, but the Tree Crew stayed ahead of schedule and got the job done! Thanks for all the positive feedback!

The Tree Installation Crew is through for today, getting all of Tucker Lane, Tucker Drive, and Towne Street finished today. We'll start again tomorrow (Sunday) morning around 9am, at the end of Rolling Hills Circle, then on to Tucker Crossing.

After that, we'll go back around the neighborhood and install support stakes on the trees, and check to make sure all the plantings went well, need more dirt, etc.

Please be SURE to water your new trees quite a bit, particularly in the beginning. You might also want to look into planting a couple fertilizer spikes to help them out a bit.

Tree Project: We have closed the period to order trees for our 2015 Tree-Lined Street Initiative.

We have orders for well over 100 trees for the neighborhood! The Red Maple proved to be the most popular choice.

If you've ordered a tree, we'll update you as we get closer to the installation weekend of April 25th.
